Privacy policy

What I collect

• When you buy: your name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), the photos you bought and how you paid.
• When you book a shoot: your name, WhatsApp number, the date and the details you write.
• When you sign in: your email address. There are no passwords for buyers.
• In your browser: your cart and saved photos, plus a login cookie if you sign in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

I never see or store your card details. Card payments happen on Bank of Maldives' own secure page.

Why I use it

• To deliver your photos, send your download links and show your purchase history.
• To reply to booking requests on WhatsApp.
• To keep records of sales, as the law requires.

I don't sell your details or send marketing emails.

Who helps me run the site

• Supabase: stores the website's data and photos, and handles sign-in.
• Resend: sends emails such as your download links.
• Netlify and Cloudflare: host the website and its address.
• Bank of Maldives: processes card payments.

They only use your details to provide their service to me.

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for at least 5 years for accounting. Booking requests are deleted when no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Photos of you

I photograph public sports and events. If you're in a photo and would like it removed from the website, message me on WhatsApp with the link and I'll take it down.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them (except what I must keep for accounting). Just message me on WhatsApp.
