Delivery policy
Everything I sell is a digital download. Nothing is posted or shipped.
When you get your photos
- Bank transfer: after you transfer and send your receipt on WhatsApp, I confirm the payment within 24 hours. Your download links are emailed as soon as I do.
- Card payment (when available): straight after Bank of Maldives confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
How you get them
- An email to the address you gave at checkout, with a download link for each photo.
- Your order page, which has Download buttons for every photo.
- "My purchases": sign in on this website with your checkout email at any time to download again.
How long links work
Email links work for 30 days. Download buttons on your order page work for 24 hours and refresh every time you open it. If a link has expired, sign in for fresh ones; your purchases don't expire.
What you receive
High-resolution JPEG files with the watermark removed, usually 4000 pixels on the longest side. That's plenty for social media, phone wallpapers and prints up to about A3.
Didn't get it?
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from photos@witteyy.com. If it isn't there, message me on WhatsApp with your order reference and I'll sort it out.
